INFORMATION RELATING TO THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer qualified as “Consumer” pursuant to art. 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (so-called “Consumer Code”), can exercise the right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 49 paragraph 1 lett. h, in the forms and methods provided by articles 52 and following, within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the material without any penalty e without indicating the reasons. Specifically, the customer must expressly declare the will to withdraw, using the attached form (downloadable at the following link) or any other explicit declaration of his will to withdraw from the Contract, by sending the withdrawal notice by email to the address: info@plasterego.it
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, for material supplied from the product catalog, Boschetto Srl will refund to the Customer all payments received excluding transport costs. The goods must be returned at the expense of the customer to Boschetto Srl intact, in its original packaging, together with the accompanying documentation sent with it, in the same condition as new and never used goods. Any identification labels must be attached to the products as they form an integral part of them.
The customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from its handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, as well as for transport damage up to delivery at Boschetto Srl headquarters. In this case, refund to the customer will be net of the lower value of the returned goods and/or charges for disposal at an authorized landfill, in the amount of € / Kg. 0.50 excluding VAT, of the returned material that is not in the condition as new and never used goods.
In case of supply of custom-made goods and/or specifically made on drawing and/or personalized material, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
