The client asked us to make a large elliptical architectural element for a shop ceiling.

Given the large size, the ceiling structure was redesigned by us and broken down into prefabricated modular elements, easy to move and install. The production took place with case-forms specially designed and manufactured to create the individual modules with the required finish and maintaining the highest level of precision.

As a further element of quality assurance, we have performed dry assembly tests to verify the dimensions and geometry of the structure to be assembled.

After the production phase we have prepared all the elements for shipment in protective wooden cages to ensure the integrity of the architectural elements during transport.
