In this building site we dealt with the design of high technical content dry wall systems for the interiors and for external walls, false ceilings and interior design elements produced in our laboratory. For example we realized some plaster design columns to cover structural concrete pillars. The architectural elements have been made in a contemporary style and also incorporate different lighting solutions.
Given the large size of the column to be built and the presence of illuminated niches to be obtained in the stem, the use of traditional methods for production was not possible. Our technicians have therefore studied a system of modular parts to be assembled on site. The modularity of the elements has also made it possible to resolve the critical aspects of the installation process which had to take into consideration also the presence of general plant engineering.
The capital, with a diameter of 180cm, has a lighting system recessed within the false ceiling. To achieve this effect, great precision was needed to correctly position the capital with the false ceiling.
During the production phase all the elements were checked and assembled dry to check their accuracy. Our attention to detail and scrupulous control over production is what makes the difference to make a quality product.
